Friday Listening: 4

Chris Martin is one of the most highly regarded orchestral trumpet players of his generation. With a CV few can match, he has held positions in some of the finest orchestras in the world including the Atlanta Symphony, The Philadelphia Orchestra, the Chicago Symphony Orchestra and, now, the New York Philharmonic.


Here he is playing John Williams' "With Malice Towards None" from the film "Lincoln" (where he also played the same solo on the original soundtrack):
